Cycle time depends on artwork density, travel distance, resolution, acceleration, material, machine configuration, and desired finish. Production rates should be based on a timed run using the released file, not a headline speed.
How to verify a configuration
First, obtain the current model datasheet and confirm source, rated work area, electrical input, exhaust requirements, lens options, rotary limits, and software compatibility. Second, run a coupon matrix on the exact material and coating. Third, inspect edge quality, mark contrast, dimensional effect, residue, smoke deposition, and heat response. Fourth, repeat the approved condition after optics cleaning and a normal machine restart. The two results should be compared before a production instruction is released.
Limitations remain visible throughout the process. Unknown material chemistry can create unsafe fumes; thick or heat-sensitive stock may show taper, discoloration, melt, or char; small type may close up at unsuitable settings; and poor extraction can redeposit residue. These are selection and process-control issues, not defects that can be dismissed with more power.
